§ 275-2. Persons warned not to enter or directed to leave.

  • No person shall enter upon any privately owned or operated food or produce market which is resorted to by the public after having been warned not to enter upon such market by the owner, lessee or operator thereof or its authorized agent, and no person shall willfully refuse to leave any such market upon the direction or request of the owner, lessee or operator thereof or its authorized agent.
