| The current Charter of the City of Buffalo was approved by the electorate at the general election 11-2-1999 and became effective 7-1-2000. The list that follows accounts for the disposition of subsequent amendments to the Charter. Within this list, local laws included in the Charter are noted by reference to the Charter sections where they may be found. |
